This exciting new 3-story Jenks Northwest Elementary School campus houses 1,500 kids in the 160,000-square-foot facility. With a steeply sloped site, the building is embedded into the hillside with a unique floor plan where classroom wings branch from a central hub of administration and vertical circulation.
Two gymnasiums are centrally located at the center of the school, reinforcing the District's focus on physical activity. In addition to the classrooms, gymnasiums and cafeteria, the new campus will have a health clinic, STEM lab, offices, kitchen and three playground areas. The exterior design is in a traditional Jenks Public Schools style with brick, metal panels and eifs materials.
