Katie had the opportunity to intern with GH2 while earning her bachelor’s degree in interior design from Oklahoma State University before being hired in 2023. Katie works to find solutions that are equally appealing as they are functional. She enjoys seeing a space come to life during construction and is satisfied that her work will be able to make an impact on the community.

 

Jon Anderson, RA

Senior Architect

Jon Anderson brings over 40 years of experience in the design and construction of a wide range of project types, including education, justice, civic, corporate, and sports facilities. His expertise in managing the design and documentation process ensures that projects are delivered successfully, with a focus on quality control, scheduling, and contracts. Jon has worked on large, complex projects throughout Arizona and California, earning the respect of numerous clients. He collaborates with stakeholders to define building needs and develop strategic, high-value solutions and uses extensive background in technical documentation and quality assurance to ensure exceptional results for every project.

With a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a minor in Architectural History and Theory, Sara believes architecture is art that you can experience. With a special interest and minor in sustainable design, Hope aims to take an environmentalist approach to design whenever possible, thinking about the potential positive impact of sustainable strategies.

IT Specialist

Zach Austin serves as GH2’s IT Specialist, bringing a strong foundation in technology and IT operations to the team. A graduate of Tulsa Tech, he learned how to develop technical skills to troubleshoot challenges, support internal systems, and maintain reliable and secure operations. At GH2, he is dedicated to keeping our systems and technology running efficiently and securely while providing dependable IT support across the organization.

CASSANDRA BAILEY, NCIDQ, LID

Interior Designer 

Cassandra has worked in the architecture and design industry since 2015. She specializes in hospitality projects and has experience in field verification, FF&E selection, construction document production and project coordination and installation. Her designs are driven by her desire to positively impact the interactions and experiences of the people who use the space.

An innovative change agent and community leader, Michelle brings more than 25 years of education facility planning experience to the GH2 team. She has been responsible for the inception, management, and allocation of more than $500 million in public bond dollars. Her passion for inclusiveness and collaboration offers clients insights through every project phase.

Daryl joined GH2 in 2024, bringing with him 30 years of experience in the profession. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, he is an architect, business developer, marketer, and strategic leader. He previously served as President of AIA Eastern Oklahoma and as President of AIA Oklahoma, and is also the former COO of a 100+ person architecture firm.

Ethan wants to bring ideas into reality with design focused on function and intentionality. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, he is an intern architect out of our Oklahoma City office that demystifies the architectural process, making complex systems easier to understand.

Jeremy has directed Landscape Architecture and Cost Estimating services at GH2 since 2006. Leading the GH2 Landscape Architecture practice, he leverages diverse and extensive experience in both design and construction across GH2’s wide range of practice areas, and believes every project provides the opportunity for a thoughtful solution. He also leads in-house cost control, working closely with our design teams to ensure alignment with budgetary limits. Jeremy currently serves on the University of Oklahoma Board of Visitors for the College of Architecture and was a member of Leadership Tulsa class 57.

An intern architect in our GH2 Phoenix office, Aracely first thinks about the users’ needs, how they will interact within the space and how this space will efficiently meet those needs without damaging the surrounding nature. Erin Dolan is a Landscape Designer on GH2’s Landscape Architecture team in the Tulsa office. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Urban and Regional Planning, she received both the 2026 Arkansas ASLA Student Honor Award and a 2026 Central States ASLA Student Honor Award. Erin designs functional, beautiful landscapes that balance human and environmental needs, with an approach rooted in each site’s history, context, and community impact.

Since 2006, Mindy has focused her project experience on historic preservation and renovations for GH2. Luz is an Interior Designer from Venezuela, based in GH2’s Phoenix office. She holds an Interior Design degree from Miami Dade College and is driven by a passion for blending creativity with practicality. Her approach combines aesthetic vision with functionality, ensuring every design enhances both form and function. Cara has been practicing almost exclusively in the hospitality industry since 1989. Jim is responsible for ensuring GH2’s design documents meet quality standards prior to beginning of construction. Once construction is underway, Jim assists the design team in reviewing submittals, potential cost changes, and responds to any questions or concerns that may arise prior to completion of a project.

Since starting at GH2 in 2004, Timothy has provided exceptional design and service to each client he works with. He has worked on a variety of new construction and renovation projects—including municipal, historic preservation, equine, education, office, and recreation facilities. Timothy is passionate about preserving history in our significant structures by restoration and rehabilitation through adaptive re-use. He specializes in building envelope design and analysis for both new and historic structures.

Mary Ann holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a Controller on the GH2 Accounting team. Landscape Designer

As a member of the Landscape Architecture team, Katie works alongside multiple GH2 teams to carry a seamless design from the built structure and weave it into the landscape design. Katie takes pride in placing program elements in relative locations to each other. She begins her design process by finding an abstract form or pattern for inspiration and then analyzing the functionality or lack of functionality between two program elements to form an initial concept in her designs. As an aspiring Landscape Architect, Katie feels it is significant to be conscious of the environment while also educating the public about the importance of creating sustainable spaces no matter their function. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture with an Emphasis in Horticulture Communications and continues to have a strong passion for the horticulture world.

A lifelong equestrian and active member of the United States Hunter Jumper Association and National Western Stock Show Association, she pairs technical skill with firsthand insight into equine behavior and care. Her projects reflect a thoughtful balance of high design, operational efficiency, and the distinct vision of each client.

Rachel interned with GH2 while earning her Interior Design degree from Iowa State University and joined the firm full-time in 2022. As a member of the interior design team, Rachel works alongside other GH2 teams to create a coherent design from start to finish. Her design style is driven by considering the practical aspects throughout the design process and enjoys collaborating with team members and clients on various project types to find the best solution for each space.

Joe Richardson is a Project Manager in GH2’s Phoenix office who creates thoughtful, user-focused designs. He approaches each project by viewing the space through the end user’s experience so it is both functional and impactful. Guided by the principle that form follows function, Joe’s design style is simple, creative, and purposeful. He believes strong architecture balances practicality with innovation, resulting in spaces that serve people well while maintaining a clear aesthetic identity.

LeAnna works in GH2’s Oklahoma City office, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma. She brings extensive experience across a diverse range of practice areas, including education, civic and government, community and nonprofit, office and workplace, and residential projects. LeAnna is skilled in managing all phases of the design process, working to meet the client’s expectations and the unique needs of each project. Nicholas Robbins specializes in historic preservation architecture and brings additional technical skills through his certification as a Mechanical Technician. Architect

As a LEED AP with more than 30 years of award-winning design experience focusing on historic preservation, Oscar provides a specialized set of skills to our Historic Preservation team. He also has experience on multi-family, high-rise, aviation, performing arts and healthcare projects. Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and experience leading projects across the country, Oscar works to revitalize each aspect of a project and solve any issue at hand.

India Rouse, special projects coordinator, brings an extensive background in marketing and works on strategic initiatives and projects that enhance communications, public relations and client experience.

Joanna, a long-time equestrian, strives to help clients within the horse industry take control of their training programs through high-level master planning and concept design. Her passion for the sport helps influence her design process by using architecture to create a facility that works with the client now to save them money in the long run. Her approach with each project is that the function should inform the aesthetic and work together to create beauty when the two are married.

Senior Project Manager

With a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, Richard brings over 29 years of experience to the firm. A talented project manager, he is well-recognized for his ability to manage highly technical and complex projects while maintaining an unmatched level of commitment to each project and client he’s involved with. Richard’s pursuit of excellence and depth of knowledge makes him a valuable asset in creative problem-solving.

Richard is our jack of all trades! He has assumed and excelled at many roles throughout his career including Project Manager, Project Designer, and Technical Manager. Richard is adept at design, management, and coordination resulting in the production of clearly defined documents, seamless transitions between phases, and well-constructed projects from beginning to end. Richard was the project lead on all of our fire stations projects, the newly designed City of Tulsa BMX Headquarters, the recently constructed Tulsa Educate 4 Child Development Center, and the Tulsa EMSA Education Center Addition.

Will Skaggs is a Visual Marketing Specialist on GH2’s marketing team in the Tulsa office. With a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Web Design, and Photography, he brings a creative skill set that includes graphic design, architectural photography, and visual storytelling. An FAA Certified Remote Pilot, Will has also provided photography for multiple award-winning architectural projects. He helps clients share their vision through clear, accurate, and compelling visual communication.

Landscape Designer

Nilou is a Landscape Designer at GH2’s Tulsa office and is a LEED Green Associate. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oklahoma and brings a global perspective to her designs, having been raised in Tehran, Iran, before moving to the U.S. in 2016. Nilou’s design process is centered around understanding the unique needs of both the community and the site, with a focus on placemaking that reflects local culture and character. She balances creativity with practicality, ensuring her designs are sustainable, functional, and aligned with project budgets and timelines.

Healthcare Practice Director, Architect

Andrew’s diverse experience includes healthcare, civic, government, historic preservation, hospitality, education, and various other project types. At GH2, he leads our healthcare practice. Andrew was recognized with the 2024 Washington Executive Pinnacle Award for Government Healthcare Project of the Year, recognizing his leadership and meaningful contributions to the field of healthcare architecture. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and his master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. Andrew’s design philosophy centers on a “form follows function” approach, with a strong emphasis on performance, usability, and occupant experience. Above all, he values relationships. Cynthia is an award-winning interior designer with professional experience in various project types, including higher education, healthcare, residential and more. Her passion for design is met with her determination to take on the challenge of meeting and exceeding the project goals and the clients’ requests. While she is still involved in the day-to-day design process of various projects, Cynthia’s role at GH2 also embraces the responsibility of being a mentor to GH2 interior designers who are new to the industry. Cynthia was selected as one of the top interior designers in the state of Oklahoma by Architectural Digest and continues to strive for excellence in exceeding our clients’ vision and goals for each project our interior design team takes part in.

Working out of the Arizona office, Kylee is an interior designer at GH2. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Interior Design and minors in Sustainability and Psychology, Kylee’s design process starts with attentive research and consideration for the individuals that will be interacting with the environment daily. She imbues function in every aspect of her design but also ensures there is aesthetic appeal throughout.

Emma Wirtz, IIDA, is an Interior Designer on GH2’s Equine Architects team and a lifelong equestrian. A member of AQHA and NSBA and an IHSA collegiate athlete alumnus, she served as Team Captain for the SCAD Equestrian team. Emma blends a diverse knowledge of the equestrian industry with design to create spaces that support daily routines for animals and people while inspiring connection, comfort, and a strong sense of place. She also brings a deep appreciation for animal welfare, equine athlete well-being, and rescue efforts to her work.

Since her start in the AEC industry in 1995, Alicia has worked in many aspects of the design and construction processes. Voted as “Oklahoma Marketer of the Year” in 2016 by the Society of Marketing Services Professionals, she is a skilled project manager, industry leader and community advocate.

As a project administrator for GH2, Kira helps our staff meet deadlines and push projects across the finish line.
