North End Associates & TruCore Investments 12th Floor Tenant Finish Out

North End Associates and TruCore Investments comprised a 3,686-square-foot interior renovation to an existing tenant space at Warren Place II in Tulsa, OK. GH2 provided design services, including a permit set of drawings, a bid set for the contractor, and full FFE specification and procurement. By converting two smaller office spaces into a new, large conference room and expanding the kitchen area to create an open kitchen and work area with custom millwork, the newly renovated space was tailored to better fit the clients’ daily needs. All finishes were curated to the client’s desired elevated aesthetic, and GH2 assisted with procuring new artwork throughout the space.
