Atlas Life Building Conversion and Rehabilitation

The transformation of the historic Atlas Life Building from an office building into a Courtyard by Marriott is part of the continual revitalization of downtown Tulsa. Built in 1922, the 12-story Atlas Life Building sits between the Philtower and Mid-Continent Tower, two other historic structures on Tulsa’s prestigious Boston Avenue.

GH2 provided not only architecture and interior design services for the for this iconic project, but also coordinated the National Register of Historic Places application, and the State and Federal Investment Tax Credit process.
