Sigma Chi Fraternity House, Oklahoma State University

New Facility currently in fundraising.

The current Sigma Chi Fraternity House at Oklahoma State University is the gateway structure from Greek Row to the main Stillwater campus at Monroe Street and University Avenue. During collaborative work sessions with the client, the GH2 project team conceptualized iconic designs that position the Sigma Chi house as the front door to Greek Row. The team focused on elements that mirror the historic Neo-Georgian architecture of the OSU campus. The site is separated by a public alley and utility easement. The project team designed an innovative solution that bridges over the easement. This not only connects the buildings it also provides an area for a private covered drive. To help express the history and brotherhood of Sigma Chi, we are providing custom imagery and fundraising support to aid the fundraising effort.
