Northeast Tech Claremore Maintenance Facility
The NT Claremore Campus Maintenance Building is a newly constructed 6,700 square-foot facility designed to centralize and improve maintenance operations. The building features drive-through service bays, lawn equipment storage, tool storage, a bus wash bay, a storage mezzanine, offices, restrooms, and a break room. Constructed with load-bearing CMU and light-gauge trusses, this building was designed to accommodate various maintenance functions and free up space in the main campus for educational and vocational programs.
