Tulsa County Administration Building

Tulsa County acquired the nine-story Community Care Building at 6th Street and Denver Avenue, near the existing Tulsa County Headquarters Complex, and engaged GH2 Architects to design a renovation for county offices.

GH2 worked alongside county officials to design updates required to meet modern office standards and house county departments in the existing structure. Priority issues include client service, building security, cost of operation, and occupant wellness.

GH2 developed a detailed space program and worked on numerous options to find the optimum solution for vertical stacking of the facility. A major portion of the project includes the design of replacement roof systems and building envelope upgrades for the structure.
