Kappa Alpha Theta House Renovation and Addition at The University of Oklahoma

GH2 Architects is assisting with design of this new addition to seamlessly integrate new construction into the existing building, all while maintaining architectural consistency to the current building throughout. The existing structure, new expansion, and adjacent parking lot will include such amenities as meeting space; expanded dining room; renovated and expanded bedrooms and bathrooms; an expanded kitchen and additional kitchenette for student access outside of dining hours. In addition, a new parking lot with landscaping and site design will be included across the street from the existing house.
