CityScape Mortgage Tenant Finish-Out

In early 2020, Cityscape Mortgage was looking for new office space in the midtown Tulsa area and reached out to GH2 to complete the interior finish out of a shelled office space near the Mother Road Market. They wanted their new offices to feel open and inviting to clients, with a flexible common area that could adapt to different meeting types, all with an underlying we-work concept.
To achieve their goals, the interior design team retained the open-to-structure ceiling to increase the feeling of openness while utilizing warmer wood tones to create some warmth in the space. The design team created a kitchen/breakroom that doubles as a meeting space, employee touch-down areas, and a large gathering space for events. The private conference rooms serve a dual purpose as touch-down offices for employees, furthering the ability of every space to be utilized throughout the day.
In less than three months, the project team worked with City Scape’s personnel to select and source specific finishes to implement their we-work concept. The newly built-out space reflects Cityscape Mortgage’s emphasis on local services to help clients speed up the home loan process.
