Bowden Building – Sugar Llamas Sapulpa

In this historic preservation project, our preservation team assisted the Owner in rehabilitating the Bowden Building located in historic downtown Sapupla. The building was originally retail on the ground floor and apartments on the second floor. We designed the facility in a way to function in today’s world while preserving the remaining historic elements of the property. GH2 provided permit drawings and assisted the Owner with historic preservation documentation for the national and state historic tax credits.
