TTCU Midtown Flagship Branch

GH2 provided architectural design and construction administration services for a new, original flagship TTCU branch. Given its central location in Tulsa, its proximity to the Tulsa Public Schools Education Center, and its role as the branch that services the most significant number of TTCU members, it is recognized as TTCU’s flagship branch. The design of the new flagship branch and grounds integrates lots of natural light, wood, and other modern finishes to create an open and efficient space with a warm and welcoming aesthetic that promotes TTCU’s mission of being the trusted source.
Vital aspects of the design include a member greeting area with seating, a lobby area with a coffee bar, offices, a member workspace area, meeting space for both members and staff, a walk-in vault for safety deposit boxes plus a ticket booth, restrooms for members and staff, an IT and mechanical closet, storage room, breakroom for employees, and 5 ITM drive-up lanes with canopy structures. The exterior space also includes an outside patio for members and staff to enjoy.
