Senegence International – Midwest Distribution Center

The extensive renovation combining three buildings in a main street downtown setting resulted in the new SeneGence International Midwest Distribution Center. Formerly a Purina Dog Food manufacturing plant, the buildings were renovated to mix the downtown Sapulpa charm with the modern face of SeneGence. Along with office space, the 16,000-square-foot building also holds the customer service department, known as SeneCare, training center, a warehouse and a lab. The existing brick was enhanced by a metal panel system that runs the length of the building to create the effect of one cohesive structure. The office is currently serving as the temporary headquarters until the SeneGence International Midwest Campus is complete.
