Residence Inn | Springwood Village – Houston TX

GH2 designed this four-story Marriott Residence Inn on an undeveloped site in a mixed-use development just North of Houston, Texas. This prototypical hotel has a few areas that were customized due to the local development guidelines. The exterior facade has more brick and stone compared to the prototype and landscaping was enhanced. GH2 also provided interior design services for a custom interiors package including the public areas and guestroom art. The customized color palette and art package were chosen to reflect the local flavor of the area.
