Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma Buffalo Run Casino and Resort – Restaurant Renovation

Buffalo Run Casino & Resort, owned by the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma and located in Miami, Oklahoma, features a 70,000 square foot gaming floor with 1,000 slot machines and table games. The entertainment facility has a restaurant, bar and grill, a 1,500-seat theater, a 100-room hotel and an outdoor amphitheater. As part of the casino’s most recent renovation, the design team transformed the existing space to include the newly rebranded Coal Creek restaurant, which incorporates elements of the tribe’s founding in Illinois. The space can seat 75 and includes an expanded bar that seats 20. The newly rebranded Backwoods Bar and Grill added a new bar with a water feature, seating area and stage for live music. The new dual-sided bar serves both casino patrons and concert venue attendees.
