GH2 designed the 115-key, five-story hotel as part of a downtown in-fill development project and the redesign of a full block in the Greenwood District of Tulsa. Located walking distance from the Driller’s Stadium, Guthrie Green and several restaurants and art galleries, this hotel blends with the vernacular of the area that was formerly a warehouse district.

The hotel encompasses 64,000 square feet, including an indoor pool and meeting space.
