Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Arts District

The hotel and streetscape were originally designed by our firm in 2012 and we also provided an interior refresh in 2019. GH2 Landscape Architects recently completed a streetscape refresh in 2024. The Fairfield Inn & Suites is located in the Tulsa Brady District, an arts, entertainment, and warehouse district in north downtown Tulsa. The brick and stone exterior of the hotel is designed to fit seamlessly into the urban fabric of the surrounding area.

The first floor of the 70,000-square-foot building includes 11,300 square feet of leased retail for two restaurants and a bar, but also includes a jump lobby, the pool, exercise room and the porte cochere. The structure is a one-story concrete podium with three floors of wood framing above. The main lobby is on the second floor and is a completely custom layout. This Fairfield is one of eight that we have designed for sites nationwide.
