Counseling and Recovery Services of Oklahoma (CRSOK) YES Tulsa

‘YES Tulsa’ is a 12,750 sf facility that previously housed office suites and has now been reimagined as an under-24-hour observation unit for Counseling and Recovery Services of Oklahoma. This facility provides a safe environment for adolescents who are in mental health crisis and in need of immediate evaluation and care. Engagement will begin from the primary north/south corridor, either through the north entry enhanced by the exterior polycarbonate element, or through the secure Sallyport at the south entry. This entry provides a secure area with access to a shower, laundry, and storage for personal belongings. Client evaluations take place centered between the two entries. The Milieu provides the primary location for observation by staff, but for those with caregivers accompanying them, smaller rooms utilizing glazing are provided on the perimeter of this central observation space. Interior design elements, such as signage and color selection, reinforce the Owner’s brand standards.
