City of Tulsa – McClure Park

GH2 successfully designed the McClure Park Pool Aquatic Center to offer a unique program component within the City of Tulsa aquatic experiences: a multi-feature aquatic center that will offer 50 meter competitive swimming in addition to recreational swimming amenities.  The existing water slide and plunge tank have been successfully integrated and wonderfully engage the new fully accessible multi-purpose pool that incorporates six lanes of 50 meter competitive swimming, a climbing wall, an aquatic lounge area, zero beach entry with direction jets, multiple spray canons, aqua dome and a fumbling five interactive water feature to ensure an intergenerational aquatic experience for years to come. In addition, there are multiple colorful shade structures playfully located on the pool deck adjacent to the new bathhouse that contains a snack bar, lifeguard first aid station, office, locker rooms, an accessible family changing area and storage areas.
