City of Catoosa Hamby Lynch Public Safety Complex

The Hamby-Lynch Public Safety Complex, located in Catoosa, Oklahoma, serves as the headquarters for the city’s police and fire departments. The police facility houses all department functions, including administrative offices, a 911 center, an emergency operations center, evidence processing and storage, and a booking facility.
The fire facility, now the city’s largest fire station, includes an apparatus bay for nine vehicles and a decontamination area for firefighter gear. Both facilities prioritize safety and functionality, incorporating storm shelters and decontamination areas into their designs.
