Berendsen Fluid Power New Warehouse Facility

This new warehouse facility for Berendsen Fluid Power is two stories, with a large, 58,000- square-foot first floor and an 18,000-square-foot mezzanine with offices and storage. Constructed out of pre-cast concrete walls, the warehouse was designed to be energy efficient. The facility has LED lighting, large air-moving fans to reduce the need for air conditioning and natural lighting in a clerestory window, helping light the main part of the warehouse. The facility also contains loading docks for local and interstate receiving and deliveries.
