In 2015, Tatum started her professional career in Human Resources and has worked in a variety of industries and roles since then. She provides GH2 diverse HR experience in payroll administration, employee benefits, onboarding, compensation metrics, labor and employment law, training and development, employee relations, talent planning and acquisition and HR accounting. She is an integral part of GH2's administration team.
