University of Oklahoma Tri Delta House

Constructed in the 1950’s, with an addition in the 1980’s, the Theta Gamma Chapter of Tri Delta at the University of Oklahoma has outgrown their current house. With growing pledge class numbers, the 4,650-square-foot addition will help alleviate the lack of space. A multi-use room for university functions, group study sessions and a storm shelter, as well as, enlarging the kitchen are planned for first floor of the addition. A presidential suite, study space, additional sleeping rooms and laundry will occupy the second floor. Along with the addition, a 2,350-square-foot renovation of the existing dining room, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and storage. Landscaping around the addition and updates to “Delta Beach” further blend the addition into the existing facade of the original building.
