Owasso Public Schools 5th Grade Center

The Owasso 5th Grade Center is currently under construction, with initial sitework beginning in summer 2026 to accommodate critical utility updates before the start of the school year. Located adjacent to the existing 6th Grade Center, the new facility will provide dedicated learning spaces for 5th Grade students, including general education classrooms, science labs, specialty classrooms, and a full-size gymnasium that will also serve as a storm shelter. Positioned alongside the administrative offices, the media center will serve as a focal point of the building. The project also includes a new cafeteria addition for 6th Grade students that will double as a storm shelter, site circulation improvements, and upgrades to the adjacent signalized intersection. The facility is scheduled to open for the 2028-2029 school year.
