Northeast Tech Grand Lake BIS

GH2 completed an addition and renovation to and existing facility in Grove, Oklahoma for Northeast Tech. This building is used for NT’s Business and Industry program, which provides resources and a place of community to local entrepreneurs and small businesses. The 5,465 square foot facility includes a large training room, offices, toilets, and break areas. The north wing includes incubator spaces that are available for individuals and small groups to rent on a daily or monthly basis, which provide access to NT staff members for training and mentorship. This facility allows Northeast Tech to expand their presence into an area of Oklahoma that is rooted in entrepreneurship and industry, offering training in safety, business development, agriculture, and more.
