KCL Commerce Crossing

The new 45,000-square-foot industrial warehouse facility in Commerce Crossing is designed to be flexible, divisible in thirds based on tenant needs. This spec building is a tilt-up concrete structure with a pre-engineered metal building interior. The prototype design matches an existing adjacent building. Large truck courts with loading docks provide ample space for semi-trucks to maneuver when loading and unloading. Multiple points of entry were designed along the front of the facility to allow for future tenant finish-outs.
