The BPG Surprise warehouse is a 258,000 square foot shell building located in Surprise, AZ. Originally designed to as a rear load 32’ clear warehouse house up to two tenants the shell the facility is now set to house a single tenant, TriColor automotive. The tenant improvements include service lifts for vehicle inspection and repair, car wash, paint booth, detailing, and office space with break room, locker rooms, conference room and interview rooms.
