GH2 provided interior design and adaptive reuse services to transform the basement level into a mix of residential and amenity spaces and to add new apartment units.
A unique two-story unit is connected by a spiral staircase at one end and a previously hidden staircase at the other. Specialized spaces, including a bourbon room and a wine room, were incorporated to enhance the residential experience.
