GH2 designed this new 5 story, 120,000sf retail and loft project in Tulsa's Brady District for the 120 Development Group to complement the existing Brady Arts District structures.

The ground floor will include 18,000sf of retail space facing Elgin Street and include secured parking garage to serve residential tenants; floors 2-4 will include 47 residential loft style units from 1,700 to 3,000sf each.
