Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills

Tulsa, Oklahoma, Great Room, Lobby, Restaurant and Ballroom Renovation

The GH2-designed $5 million renovation of the public spaces in this 1980's era Tulsa hotel takes a previously tired, inactive lobby and restaurant space and adds a social business zone, an at your service zone, individual zones and prefunction areas that are a fresh, updated, and sophisticated interpretation of the area's diverse history of oil production and agriculture. The ballrooms, restrooms and private dining were also renovated.

The concept for the renovation of the Great Room corresponds with Marriott's new three-meal menu offerings. Various types of seating accommodate the needs and desires of guests and help activate the space, resulting in increased sales. In addition to architectural design, we selected all of the FF&E and provided procurement and installation.
