GH2 Architects Relocates Tulsa Headquarters, Expands Regional Reach with Growth in Denver and the Greater Phoenix Area

November 11, 2025

GH2 Architects, LLC (GH2), an award-winning architecture, landscape architecture, and interior design firm with a national and international portfolio, is excited to announce three office relocations that reinforce the firm’s commitment to growth, collaboration, and regional impact.

The firm’s Tulsa headquarters has relocated to the 21 North Greenwood Office Building. Designed by GH2 and located in the heart of the historic Greenwood District, the building includes 45,000 square feet of open office space, 9,000 square feet of retail, an on-site 153-space parking garage, and a 16,000 square-foot indoor/outdoor multi-purpose rooftop space – the Vista – with unmatched views of downtown Tulsa. The Hille Foundation, a private family foundation that supports worthwhile nonprofit organizations and projects in Tulsa, developed the building. “Rarely does it ever work out that you design a building for your client and then there’s the opportunity to move into that space,” said Steve Jaggers, AIA, Principal at GH2 Architects. The firm’s new office occupies the entire second floor of the building and offers enhanced space for collaboration, client meetings, and community engagement—reflecting GH2’s continued investment in a client-centered, people-focused practice. For decades, the firm officed in the 22-story 320 South Boston building. GH2’s new office space is roughly the same size as its space at 320 South Boston, but offers more practical and creative space. GH2 Principal Michael Hall said, “The breakout spaces are critical to our being in our industry and the way that we function. Designing buildings requires close collaboration, and our new office space reflects how we practice. The modern design facilitates open dialogue and teamwork, focused on working together to create innovative solutions for our clients.”

In addition to the relocating the Tulsa office, GH2 made strategic moves earlier in the year with two other offices. The firm’s Denver office recently moved to a new location in historic Larimer Square in the heart of LoDo (Lower Downtown). Associate Principal Morgan Holt, AIA, leads the firm’s Denver office. Simultaneously, GH2’s metro Phoenix office relocated from Mesa to Scottsdale, positioning the firm in one of the Valley’s most dynamic and accessible business districts. The Phoenix office is led by Principal Robert Wadsack, AIA. The firm’s fourth office, in Oklahoma City, remains in the West Village on Film Row and is led by Principal Sara Andrews, AIA.

“All three of these moves represent an exciting step forward for GH2,” said Principal Jeremy Carlisle, ASLA, PLA. “This growth reflects our long-term vision for delivering transformative design through exceptional client service. We’re thrilled to build deeper relationships with clients and communities in each of these four markets.”

GH2 Architects began its pursuit of design excellence in 1973. More than 52 years later, the firm has more than 110 professionals and an extensive portfolio of projects spanning 17 practice areas, including education, civic, hospitality, equine, and historic preservation. GH2 has won multiple awards over the years, including American Institute of Architects Eastern Oklahoma Firm of the Year in 2024, 2021, and 2017.
