GH2 is currently designing a new 4-6 story, 72,000-108,000 square foot Class A office building for a private client in Tulsa. The facility will be built on an undeveloped site utilizing natural vegetation and take advantage of mature foliage for natural shading and also provides great views of the site. The client will occupy the top floor of the facility with multi-tenant space occupying the floors below.
On-site detention will be used as landscape features adjacent to the multi-level parking garage built into the earth to bring as little impact to the site as possible. The building is currently in the conceptual programming phase and is scheduled to be complete in 2014.
