GH2 was commissioned to provide architectural and engineering design for a new concept that La Quinta was developing in 2000. At the time of construction, it was the largest Inn and Suite and the second largest property owned by La Quinta, but it was also a significant departure from the other 300, mostly low-rise, hotels that they currently own and operate. The lobby and support spaces are so numerous that they take up almost all of the first floor of this eight story hotel.
The hotel boasts a light-filled, open lobby and breakfast area, four large meeting rooms, a board room, a business center, fitness center, guest laundry, support spaces, and exterior swimming pool and spa.
This La Quinta Inns & Suites is one of many that we have designed nationwide.
